ክስታኔ ጉራጌ ህዝብ የልማት ማህበር መጋቢት 24 ቀን 2015 ዓ.ም ቀጣይ 5 ዓመት የልማት ስራ ዕቅዱን (ፍኖተ ካርታ) በሆቴል ዲአፍሪክ ለህዝብ ይፋ አደረገ። በዕለቱ የመንግስት ባለስልጣናትን ጨምሮ ከተለያየ የህብረተሰብ ክፍል የተወጣጣ በርካታ ሰው የተገኘ ሲሆን የክስታኔ የአገር እድሮችና ከአዲስ አበባ ውጪ የመጡ የሌላ የልማት ማህበር ተወካዮችም በመድረኩ ተሳትፈዋል። ከዚህ ባለፈም ሁሉም እንደ ጉዳዩ ባለቤት የልማቱን ስራ ከማህበሩ ጋር በተቀናጀ መልኩ በጋራ ለማካሄድ ዝግጁነቱን አሳውቆ የዕለቱ መርሃ ግብር በተሳካ ሁኔታ ተጠናቋል።
ከባለድርሻ አካላት ጋር ውይይት ለማድረግ መጋቢት 16 እና 17 2014 ዓ.ም. ወደ ቡኢና ኬላ የተጓዘው ቡድን ተልዕኮውን በሚገባና አጥጋቢ በሆነ ሁኔታ አሳክቶ ተመልሷል፡፡ በሁለቱም ከተሞች ከአስተዳደሩ፣ከተቋማትና ከማህበረሰቡ (ከአካባቢው "አገሮች" [የገጠር ቀበሌዎች]፣ ከከተሞች፣ከወጣቶች፣ከሴቶች፣ከአገር ሽማግሌዎች፣ከልዩ ልዩ ተቋማት- ቤተ እምነቶችን ጨምሮ) የተውጣጡ በርካታ ተሳታፊዎች ከመገኘታቸው ሌላ እየተጠናቀቀ ላለው የማህበሩ የልማት ፍኖተ ካርታ ግብዓት ሊሆኑ የሚችሉ መረጃዎችና ጥቆማዎች በስፋት ተገኝተዋል፡፡ በተለይ ከአስተዳደር አካላቱም ሆነ ከሰፊው ማህበረሰብ ስለልማት ማህበሩ የተባሉት ነገሮች በሙሉ እጅግ የሚያበረታቱና ለነገው ስራ ስንቅ የሚሆኑ ናቸው፡፡ በዚህ አጋጣሚም መድረኩ አሳታፊና አካታች እንዲሆን በሁለቱም ከተሞች ያሉት አስተዳዳሪዎች ለተሳታፊዎች ያደረጉት ጥሪና በቀጣይም በማህበሩና በአስተዳደሮቹ መካከል ያለው ግንኙነት ጠንካራና ተደጋጋፊ እንዲሆን በማሳሰቢያ መልክ ያቀረቡት ሃሳብ የሚደነቅና የሚበረታታ ነው፤ወኪል ኃላፊዎችን (focal person) ከመመደብ እስከ ቅርንጫፍ ቢሮ ማደራጀት ድረስ የሚዘልቅ ግንኙነት እንደሚፈጠር ቃል ተገብቶልናል፡፡ አንድም ሁለትም ሆነን በጋራ የምንሰራው ስራ እንደገና ተጠናክሮ ይቀጥላል፡፡
የተለያዩ የልማት ተግባራትን እያከናወነ ለሥኬት ያበቃው የክስታኔ ጉራጌ ሕዝብ የልማት ማህበር ከአዲሱ የሲቪል አደረጃጀት አዋጅ ጋር በተጣጣመ መልኩ አንዳንድ የማሻሻያና የማጠናከሪያ ለውጦችን በማድረግ ዛሬም የልማት ጉዞውን ቀጥሏል፡፡ በዚህ መንፈስ ሚያዚያ 30/2013 ዓ.ም. የማህበሩ የሥራ አመራር ቦርድ በጽ/ቤቱ ባደረገው ስብሰባ አዳዲስ አባላትን በአመራር ደረጃ ለማካተትና በመዋቅራዊ አደረጃጀቱ ለማሳተፍ ሰፋ ያለ ውይይት አካሂዷል፤ በቅደም ተከተል መከናወን ባለባቸው እርምጃዎች ላይ ከመምከር ባለፈ የድርጊት መርሃ ግብርም አዘጋጅቷል፡፡ ከዚህ ሌላ በኮቪድ ምክንያት ተቋርጠው የነበሩ በጅምር ያሉ ፕሮጀክቶችንም ለማስቀጠል ወደ እንቅስቃሴ መግባቱን አሳውቋል፡፡ ኑ አገራችንን በጋራ እናልማ !
የኮሮና ቫይረስ ስርጭትን ለመከላከል የዓለም ጤና ድርጅት ያወጣውን መመሪያ እንተግብር፡፡ ቫይረሱ ማንንም እንደማይምር ሁሉ፣ማንኛውም ሰው ጥንቃቄ የማድረግ ኃላፊነት አለበት፤ ግላዊ ግዴታን መወጣት ከጋራ ዕልቂት ይታደገናል፡፡ እጅን በውሃና ሳሙና ደጋግሞ መታጠብ፣ አካላዊ መራራቅ መፍጠር፣ እጅግም አለመብረክረክ፤እጅግም አለመዘናጋት ተግተን እንፀልይ፤ እንደጋገፍ!
በክስታኔ ጉራጌ ሕዝብ የልማት ማህበርና በአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የኢትዮጵያ ቋንቋዎችና ባሕሎች አካዴሚ በጋራ የተዘጋጀው የክስታንኛ፣አማርኛና እንግሊዝኛ መዝገበ ቃላት በሽያጭ ላይ ይገኛል፡፡ ይህ የዛሬውም ሆነ መጪው ትውልድ ከታሪኩና ከባሕሉ ጋር አዛምዶ በዕለት ተዕለት ሕይወቱ እንዲጠቀምበት ለማስቻልና ቋንቋው ዘላቂ ሕይወት እንዲኖረው በማሰብ የተዘጋጀው ክስታንኛ-አማርኛ- እንግሊዝኛ መዝገበ ቃላት በርካታ ጠቀሜታዎች ያሉት ነው፡፡ መሸጫ ዋጋው ብር 300.00 ልደታ ክ/ከ ከከፍተኛው ፍ/ቤት ፊት ለፊት ኑር ህንፃ 4ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 6 ቢመጡ ያገኙታል፡፡ ስልክ፡- 0118 29 95 36 / 09 10 29 91 98 / 09 20 01 82 08 የማህበሩ ጽ/ቤት
ከአዲሱ የሲቪል አደረጃጀት አዋጅ ጋር በተጣጣመ መልኩ አንዳንድ የማሻሻያና የማጠናከሪያ ለውጦችን በማድረግ የልማት ሥራዎችን ለማከናወን የተነሳሳው ማኅበራችን ቡኢ ከተማ ላይ የህበረተሰብ ዕድገት ማዕከል (Community Development Centre) ለመገንባት ፕሮጀክት ቀርጾ እንቅስቃሴዎችን በማካሄድ ላይ ይገኛል፡፡ ለቡኢ ከተማ አስተዳደር ጽ/ቤትም የቦታ ጥያቄ አቅርቦ ፈጣንና አዎንታዊ ምላሽ አግኝቷል፡፡ በዚህ አጋጣሚም ልባዊ ምስጋናውን ያቀርባል፡፡ በዚህም መሠረት የቡኢ ከተማ ማ/ቤታዊ አገ/ጽ/ቤት ለፕሮጀክቱ አገልግሎት የሚውለውን ቦታ አቀማመጥ የሚያሳይ ከላይ ያለውን ሳይት ፕላን አዘጋጅቶ ለማህበሩ ጽ/ቤት ልኳል፡፡

Education is also a means to an end. The end is some achievement in the socio-economic well-being of an individual through the creation of new wealth. Activities that enhance the sustainable development of the community members are best catalyzed when the community is endowed with persons who got educational opportunities. The people of Soddo Woreda as is the case for most of the Guraghe Zone, are densely populated. The Soddo youth migrate towardsmajor urban settings in search of better life than the agrarian setting. The availability of training and skill development facilities will help the youth in both employability and entrepreneurshipbuilding. Whereas our focus area is education & education related in general, sectors such as health services, clean water supply, environmental protection,enset development and the like will be sufficiently addressed. No development initiative will be left unaddressed when opportunities strike.To all this, education is the Key to unlock the door to the room which is full of innovative ideas and knowledge.
Many consider the Guraghe in general, and the Kistane Guraghe in particular, as national pioneers to the Ethiopian modern business development. After the end of the Five-Year Italian occupation of Ethiopia, the Kistane Guraghe people were quick to engage themselves in trade and other economic development activities.

Initiated the Preservation of the Tiya Historical Site (Stalae) and the Construction of a Musuem & Cultural Center at Tiya . This was fully financed by the government through UNESCO support
Prepared a tri-lingual, Kistanigna-Amharic-English Dictionary by lexicographers from the KGPDA and Addis Ababa University. It took some eight years of hard work. It was officially inaugurated in 2018 ; for the first publication ,5000 copies of the dictionary were made available for the public.
